Venice apartment OTA Rialto 1 is located on the first floor of a characteristic palazzo in the heart of Venice only a 10 minute walk from Piazza San Marco and a few steps away form the famous Rialto bridge.

The Palazzo has been completely restored and has a grand entrance in typical Venitian style.

The apartment comprises a combined dining and living room a fully equipped kitchen a double bedroom furnished in a comfortable and modern style.

There are also two other apartments in the same building making this an excellent choice for groups traveling together.

Policies

Hotel's cancellation policy: Reservation can be cancelled up to 3 days prior to arrival date (Central European Time). 100% of the total amount of reservation will be charged after this deadline or in case of no show
Terms of payment: Your credit card details are requested only for the purpose of guaranteeing the booking (unless otherwise specified in the hotel's terms and conditions of sales). The actual payment for your stay will be made directly at the hotel before departure. However, the hotel reserves the right to check the validity of your credit card (pre-authorisation) prior to your arrival.
Extracharges: 10% VAT is included. City tax is not included: the accommodation tax / city-tax is applicable from August 24, 2011, the amount varies according to the category of the hotel from 2 euros to 5 euros per person per night and will be added on to the lodging bill to be paid to the hotel.
Terms and conditions: Please note that the apartment is located in a different place than our office, where the check-in takes place. Check-in place: Rio Terà Dei Pensieri 328, 30135 Venice. The check-in takes place in our office and is possible from 3pm onwards. Latest check out is at 11am. Arrivals to the office after 9pm will be subject to a check-in fee of 20 Euro (after midnight the fee will be 35 Euro). During the check in guests will be provided with the apartment's keys and all the necessary information to reach the apartment booked. The apartment 1 bedroom can host up to 4 people. Upon request is possible to add 2 extra beds. Guests sleeping in the extra beds will have to pay 10 euros per person per day on spot. The apartment 2 bedrooms can host up to 5 people. Upon request is possible to add 2 extra beds. Guests sleeping in the extra beds will have to pay 10 euros per person per day on spot.
