About the property Vorrei raccomandare questo Hotel per la squisita gentilezza di tutto lo staff. Camere molto pulite e grande parco con pini. Gustosissimi piatti toscani al ristorante!

About the property Over all the hotel and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was a bit poor, and i had in my room some mosquitos not many but i was disturbit while trying to sleep. I think need looking at this matter and sorted out.

About the property we were booked in a room nr 613. Safety chain on the door is assembled incorrect. It can be opened from outside. The piece screwed on the door have to be in horizontal position not in vertical. In the bathroom was the towel dryning piping on the wall. It was cold and leaking with condensate water on the floor and on the toilet paper roll. We cannot have towels dry using that eqiuipment. The temperature control valve was also broken.
