About the property We needed shuttle service from and to the airport. We expected a quick pickup from the airport and instead had to take a taxi. Because we left the hotel at 04:00, we also had to take a taxi (we knew ahead of time of the morning taxi need). The hotel price when two taxis are included was more than a pricier hotel, closer to the airport, with a 24 hour shuttle. The hotel staff were lovely.

About the property The room was excellent except that the lighting was poor. Bedside lite had a clear red shade so very poor for reading. The food service for dinner needs to be sorted out. No menu and a rather strange selection. No bill at the time. Food just so-so or poor in quality. Breakfast was excellent, nice variety and best croissants I had in Italy!

About the property Fabulous little hotel, surrounded by trees and nature - perfect for a day of total relaxation before flying out of Milan. Unfortunately, no shops near by but on the up-side - there is a free shuttle to and from the airport.

About the property This is a great place to stay especially if you have early/late flights into or out of Milan. We actually found signage along the Autostrata to be very clear and found the hotel easily.

About the property Excellent place to stay. Hotel is a little over 1 year old, so everything is still new. Very modern designs and decorating. We did not inquire about the theme rooms because our room was very very nice. Area has a secluded feel; trees, walking path (be careful of poison ivy along path) with benches along the way. Shuttle took us to a nearby town (along waterfront) and picked us up, took us to airport (at pre-arranged time) and both were complimentary as advertised. Breakfast was more than adequate with many options. Will definetely stay here again.

About the property Service and accommodation excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle service from and to Malpensa Airport an extra plus (even though it was a 20 to 25 min. drive from the airport). Staff went out of their way to provide information on travel to Lake Como. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in the vicinity of Malpensa Airport.
