Situated a few kilometers from the historical centre of Spoleto, in a splendid position that dominates the town, surrounded by eight hectares of natural meadows and woods, the Villa has been ably restored by Giovanna Milani and Luigi Capobianchi to be turned into a hotel that combines the unchanged original characteristics, the conforts of homely hospitality and high quality.
Built in 1880, the villa was the country residence of the architect Giovanni Battista Milani, one of the most important exponents of the Roman architecture of the first decades of the twentieth century , who enlarged and furnished it according to the classical-renaissance characteristics of the time, enriched by the refined taste of the impassioned of ancient art.

Milani has eleven rooms named after the constellations, accurately
furnished with valuable antique furnishing.
Breakfast is our principal service of your stay at Villa Milani. It
is included in the daily room rate and it is arranged on an antique
table, overlooked by an impressive 19th century mirror. From 8.30 am to
10.30 am, guests can choose among a wide variety of cold & hot
drinks, freshly made breads and pastries. It may be served in the
dining rooms, in the garden on beautiful ceramic tables from Deruta or,
on request, in the privacy of their bedrooms.
During low season,
or when the number of guests allows it, Villa Milani proposes the
"Personalized Breakfast", where the waiting staff takes personal care
of the individual guest. We serve rolls, brioches and pastries freshly
baked in the owen oven only minutes before the time requested by the
guest.
From April to October (inclusive), every day at noon up to 3.00 pm,
we propose Light Lunch Menu based on fresh summer dishes. Guests can savour
these in the relaxing atmosphere of the Italian garden or by the swimming pool. From April to October (inclusive) every evening (except Tuesday), at 8.30 pm (sharp),
the family cook proposes a fixed Dinner menu based on selected dishes of the
local cuisine.
Guests must reserve Dinner by 10.30 am on the day in order to
enable the cook to obtain fresh food for the menu. The freshness and genuineness
of the proposed dishes is guaranteed by the daily home-made fresh pasta and by the
use of ingredients from Villa Milani: vegetables from the kitchen garden,
extra virgin olive oil from the hundreds of olive trees on the property,
fresh truffles, mushrooms and wild asparagus from the land and woods around the
Villa and aromatic herbs from the herb garden.
