Terms and conditions: Please note that the apartment is located in a different place than our office, where the check-in takes place. Check-in place: Rio Terà Dei Pensieri 328, 30135 Venice. The check-in takes place in our office and is possible from 3pm onwards. Arrivals to the office after 9pm will be subject to a check-in fee of 20 Euro (after midnight the fee will be 35 Euro). During the check-in guests will be provided with the apartment's keys and all the necessary information to reach the apartment booked. Latest check out is at 11am.

Hotel's cancellation policy

Reservation can be cancelled up to 3 days prior to arrival date (Central European Time). 100% of the total amount of reservation will be charged after this deadline or in case of no show
