WRH Termini is a new establishment that has been recently opened by WRH Hotels Network. Our main goal with WRH Termini is to provide an alternative to hotel accommodation that is not only clean and comfortable, but also affordable to those who may be on a tight budget. Thanks to the experience of successfully running WRH Suites, which is aimed primarily at a more exclusive market, we are now able to offer our newly acquired knowledge and friendly hospitality to an even larger range of discerning guests. Our affittacamere (Italian type of guest house), with its six comfortable guest rooms, offers well-maintained accommodation with a personal service. With WRH Termini you will be choosing 3 star equivalent accommodation, but at a remarkably low price which is more associated with bed and breakfast accommodation.

WRH Termini is situated on the third floor of a building (with lift/elevator) typical of this area in Rome and which dates back to the early 1900s. On entering WRH Termini, you will find the front desk, where you will be warmly welcomed by a member of staff, who will provide you with your room key and offer any useful tips that will make your stay in Rome even more enjoyable.

Check-in should be made after 1.00pm and check-out before 11.00am. Please always inform us in advance (at least one day prior to arrival) of your expected time of arrival.

Please pay for your accommodation on check-in – we accept most major credit cards.

Small children (up to the age of 6) can stay free of charge, if they stay in the same bed as their parents. However, unfortunately cots/cribs are not available.

Parking is available near the train station at a charge of approximately 20 to 30 Euros per day and here you can also find several car rental companies.

WRH Termini has 6 rooms in total which have been tastefully furnished and decorated, such as the subtle use of contrast between the dark floors and light-coloured walls. The pleasant ambience will remind you more of a cosy, well-looked-after home than that of a hotel. Each of the guest rooms has a private bathroom with shower (one room also has a bathtub) and all are equipped with several modern conveniences.

Food & Beverage

IMPORTANT: since 15th March 2009 the breakfast service will not be included anymore. The guests will receive a breakfast kit with the, milk, coffee, jam, biscotes and snacks to consume in the breakfast room or in their rooms.

WRH Termini has been named after the street in which it lies and can be found at 23 Via Milazzo. We are located just a couple of hundred metres away from the city's main transport hub and train station, Termini (and the Air Terminal), which means that you will comfortably be able to reach most parts of the city by public transport. The area is one of the city's main accommodation districts and to cater for this, you will find numerous shops, as well as cafés and restaurants offering a large selection of Italian and ethnic cuisines. Finally, such a central location means that you can quickly reach many of Rome's famous sights on foot, such as the Coliseum and Roman Forum (15 minutes), the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain (20 minutes), and Piazza Navona (less than 30 minutes).

About the property Hotel staffs were very helpful and friendly. The kitchen was a nice facilty but as always, you always have disgusting people who don't clean up their mess. There's a drink/snack vending machine with reasonable prices. We moved from 1 room to another. The 1st room was dirty and the side of the bed was broken off. The 2nd room had a somewhat broken shower head. Other than those points, it is a pretty decent hotel for the price it charges. Every room also has its own hair dryer and computer with internet. Makes it easy for you to plan your days.. check the internet on where to go etc. There's also a little safe box which I didn't use because it didn't really look "safe".

About the property Unexpected and much-appreciated feature: 24/7 Free internet access in room. Unexpected and disconcerting happenstance: The day of our stay at WRH Termini the property was unfortunately experiencing a power outage in the common areas of the building in which it is located. (Once inside the guesthouse, there Was electricity.) The outage not only prevented the elevator from working but left the staircase from street to roofline in pitch darkness. The fact that we had to schlep up all those stairs (3rd floor European/4th in U.S. parlance) dragging our luggage was inconvenient but OK. The absolute lack of lighting on the staircase, however, posed a genuine danger. Now, the power outage is Not the fault of WRH Termini, whose manager was obviously distraught and embarrassed by the situation, but it would make me think twice before recommending it to anybody...

About the property Frindly and helpful staff. Warm welcome. Lovely to have tea/coffee/microwave facilities. Easy, accessible location. But not really easy to find. A hotel sign would help - even if it is located high on the wall at the 3rd storey height. Good to have the hotel name on the main entrance door bell access. Breakfast in the cafe was fun. A place frequented by locals - so good. They were friendly. Nice breakfast. Nice 'welcome' email in response to my booking.

About the property Situado cerca de la estacion de Termini, no es un "mundo maravilloso" la zona pero sin peligro. El hotel es una tercera planta, pero totalmente nuevo y muy limpio. Perfecto para visitar la ciudad. Muy recomendable. Volveria.
