About the property We appreciated being given a quiet room, but found that the lack of climate control made for a pretty stuffy night as it was too hot and the fan didn't work.

About the property Would have liked to have had internet connection in the rooms.

About Traveleurope When I wanted to cancel the last night for the three rooms I had booked for our 10 day business trip the UK phone number was unavailable. When we arrived at the hotel they said that they could not alter the booking only you could do this.....................they gave us another UK number to call you on......again this was not a valid number. I then tried sending you a message through your web site and received no answer or confirmation that you had received my message...........I then obtained your Italian telephone number and called on Friday evening only to be told that you where closed and did not re open until Monday morning which would have been too late for us to cancel the Monday night! It was only due to the helpful manager at the Regina speaking to your Italian branch and them being able to establish that I had sent you an e mail that we did not get charged for the extra night which we had been trying to cancel for over 10 days. Therefore I did not find you user friendly as it was very stressful trying to make contact with you whilst abroad.

About the property Very hospitable and all our requests were met. We would stay again and recommend to others. Easy to find from the railway, close to restaurants and shopping, efficient taxi organistion. Staff spoke English. Flawless.

About the property Lovely hotel in an excellent location in that it is not right on the main street but set back in a tree lined piazza. Breakfast fine. Very pleasant stay. Online booking one day ahead was very efficient. I will use your site again!
